The Porsche poster rabbit hole continues. It seems that one imaginary road race wasn't enough.

Part four of my poster series is The Pacific Hwy 500, 1995, a made-up road race up the old Pacific Highway and a perfectly reasonable excuse to build a design around a blue Porsche 911 964 RS.

This is the kind of work I want to do more of: strong ideas, great imagery and graphic design with enough confidence to take over the page.

The Black Spur Trophy, 1976 is part three of my automotive poster series. It brings together three things I genuinely love working with: cars, images and expressive typography.

There is something undeniably magnetic about 20th-century motorsport design. I recently got lost down a deep rabbit hole of vintage Porsche racing posters, and it is easy to see why they remain timeless. They're masterclasses in layout, bold colour palettes, and raw, high-octane texture.

That deep dive directly inspired my latest creative project: a new graphic design series exploring "Australian races that never were."
